Just a quick note. I meant to be online much more than I actually have been online. I am way behind in reading my aunt's blog on here, and I've had no real outlet for my musings. This stems from me being stuck in the boonies, so-to-speak, and not having a normal Internet provider. The 'high speed' connection is through satellite and then connected to my place via wireless router. Unfortunately, the high snow banks interfered with the connection and the service itself was interrupted for over a month.
You'd think we the tenants would have complained, but the landlord had suffered through bone and blood cancer from the Christmas season until a few short weeks ago when he passed away. During that time, the landlord or his wife were rarely available. There were people here, though, to remove the snow, etc. But due to the situation, we all stayed our patience for obvious and very courteous reasons. Now though, with rent coming up on the 1st, it has to be addressed. And if so, hopefully I can be online to read and write, and maybe do some math....who knows?
I do know, I hope it works because I still have some more of my aunt's blogs. And if Trudy is reading this, I want to brag that I just had some of that cheese cake from the Café Royale tonight.
